Sunset Portraits

While everyone always loves when there is a bright and colorful sunset, there is something special about Black & White images. This was a beautiful sunset full of vibrant colors. The reflection of the sky on the water with the bright sun creating its line right to the horizon was truly beautiful. The decision to use this as a black and white image was to transform it from a cool picture, to an image with feeling.

The warmth of the bright sun, to the cool summer breeze coming off the water is something that can be felt and remembered from looking at this image. Sometimes the color distracts from the feelings you get from a photo.
